Morro and Jasp do Puberty

A hilarious look back at the best period of your life!
Clown sisters Morro and Jasp are at that age where the hormones are always flaring, the telephone is always ringing, and the punk rock can never be too loud. As Morro attempts to learn about feminine hygiene products, bras and fashion, all Jasp can think about is the boy of her dreams.
That's right, Morro and Jasp are teenagers and puberty is finally here. This hilarious show explores the trials and tribulations that we all had to go through, are going through, or are about to go through on the way to becoming a grown-up. We bring you sixty minutes of laughter, longing, tears and tampons!
Morro and Jasp do Puberty is not recommended for kids.

"a must see for everyone." *****

"it's hard to imagine anyone not being able to relate to this honest, charming portrayal of young teen existence or not to be laughing hysterically the whole way through."
- Torontoist
"hilariously and heartbreakingly awkward." ****
- CBC
“Ah, teen angst. You could deal with it by writing poetry, brooding, or just listening to Morrissey. Or better still, you could do what performers Heather Marie Annis and Amy Lee do - create a clown show about it.”
Joff Schmidt, cbc.ca , 2008
“Over the years, we’ve seen a lot of clown shows at the Winnipeg Fringe, but this is the best . . . There are so many funny moments.”
Justin Olynyk UMFM, Winnipeg, 2008
“This was, simply put, a menstration (sic) theme play. Probably a show meant more for the ladies, yes, but still, a great performance, and a great show.”
